I had the incredible opportunity to be part of the Equals Global Partnership E-Mentorship Program, in collaboration with Women Worldwide Web (W4) and Empower and Serve Kenya. My mentor was the amazing Ayn Latorre. Enrolling in this program was one of the best decisions I’ve made for both my personal and professional growth. Through weekly sessions with Ayn, we explored topics that truly matter — from setting meaningful goals, developing personal strengths, and problem-solving to time management, leadership, teamwork, and building self-confidence. Each session was a powerful blend of reflection and action. Ayn’s guidance gave me clarity on my direction, helped me unlock strengths I didn’t even realize I had, and taught me how to lead with confidence and purpose in tech and beyond. The highlight for me was realizing that with the right mindset and support, I can confidently take on any challenge. I’m deeply grateful for the growth, mentorship, and encouragement I received on this journey.

Youth in Digital and Green Jobs
More than 500 young people have transitioned into decent jobs in the digital economy and green industries — building livelihoods while tackling climate challenges.
