From Idea to Launch
SEDI4HER — Social Entrepreneurship & Digital Incubator For Her — supports aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs to transform bold ideas into sustainable, impact-driven businesses.
Through a structured two-phase journey, you will master the fundamentals of social entrepreneurship, test & validate your business model, develop a prototype, and prepare for launch & fundraising, all with personalized coaching and hands-on support.

Participants who successfully complete the social entrepreneurship training will have the exclusive opportunity to apply to the Digital Incubator.

Is This Program For You?
We are looking to support an exceptional group of women entrepreneurs passionate about solving local challenges through innovative social business ideas.
Our goal is to bring together a diverse community of women leaders with different backgrounds, perspectives, skills, motivations, and experiences.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To apply to Phase 1 of SEDI4HER you must:
- Be a woman and leader of the project, whether you are already a founder or co-founder, or simply have an idea.
- Have a clear business idea addressing a social or environmental need.
- Have already taken initial steps in developing your business idea and be ready to actively work on refining and advancing your project.
- Have sufficient English proficiency to participate in the program.
- Be comfortable using basic digital tools (such as email, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace) and able to navigate online learning platforms.
- Have reliable internet access and a laptop or tablet for the duration of the program.
- Have basic project management and organizational skills.
- Be available and committed to fully engage in the 2-month Social Entrepreneurship Training, including attending in-person sessions and dedicating time to work on your project outside of sessions.
- Be interested in applying to the 6-month Digital Incubator.

Eligibility
Who can apply?
Women leading an early-stage social business idea with a clear motivation to create social impact. For more details, please refer to the eligibility criteria.
Do I need an existing business?
No. You only need a clear business idea addressing a social or environmental problem and have already taken initial steps in developing your business idea and be ready to actively work on refining and advancing their project.
What kind of projects does SEDI4HER support?
SEDI4HER prioritizes projects that:
- Address social or environmental challenges
- Create meaningful community impact
- Use technology as part of the solution

How do I apply?
Applicants must:
- Complete the online application form
- Submit a short video presenting their idea and motivation

What happens after applying?
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30-minute interview in May 2026.
All applicants will receive a response regarding their application status in May 2026.

Is the program online or in person?
The Social Entrepreneurship Training and the Digital Incubator For Her will be delivered in person at the W4-EmpServe Hub, allowing participants to take part in interactive workshops, peer learning sessions, and individualized support as a cohort.
An online platform will also be available throughout the entire duration of the program to support learning, communication, and project development.
